1. Our Black Friday Sale commences at 10:00amAEST on 11 November 2025. Sale prices for all applicable products and bundles are as marked online and in-store, no discount code needed. We will not under any circumstances be able to honour the advertised sale price on a past order in the form of a refund or store credit, irrespective of how recently your past order was placed. We also are unable to honour the sale price after the sale has ended on 2 December 2025 at 11:59pm AEST. This sale is strictly valid on new orders placed and confirmed in a TJM store between the dates and times specified above.  Our normal sales order conditions apply to any transactions during the sale period.

4. TJM’s standard freight charges apply to all items in the promotion. Freight costs will vary depending on the customer’s distance from TJM’s warehouse.
5. The cost of fitment is excluded from the promotion.
6. Any other discount codesor offers cannot be used in conjunction with the Black Friday Sale Offer. Some items are limited in stock. Discounts are only available on the existing stock that we hold.  No back orders for sale items will be accepted during the sale period.
7. Store Credits are accepted as a payment method during the Black Friday Sale. You will be able to use your store credit once the sale goes live to the public on11 November 2025.
8. Due to the fast-paced nature of a Black Friday Sale, orders strictlycannot be cancelled, updated or modified once they are placed. Please ensure you check your order thoroughly prior to checking out to avoid disappointment. We will not be held liable for any packages that go missing due to an incomplete or incorrect address. 

RETURN POLICY

Please be aware that items purchased during our Black Friday Sale are considered final sale, unless deemed faulty by our Warranty Team and we are unable to repair or replace with the identical item.   In the unlikely event you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact customer services team immediately  with images of the fault. When the damaged item is in stock and can be replaced with a new item, we will replace the item for you. You will only be eligible for a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced for you. 

SHIPPING TIMES

Our despatch facility will ensure your package is sent out to you as quickly as possible, however we cannot guarantee same-day despatch on orders placed before 2pm AEST on any business day given the volume of orders that we will be processing during this busy sale period.  Please allow for some delays in delivery by our carriers Australia Post and Couriers Please given how busy this time of year is for all retailers and couriers. We will not be able to refund you if your order does not arrive in time for a specific event, such as a birthday or Christmas.
