Full Terms & Conditions EOFY Sale 2025

 GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS 

  1. Our EOFY Sale commencesto the general public at 10:00am AEST on 27 May 2025 and ends at 11.59pm on 22 June 2025. Sale prices for all applicable products and bundles are as marked online and in-store, no discount code needed. We will not under any circumstances be able to honour the advertised sale price on a past order in the form of a refund or store credit, irrespective of how recently your past order was placed. We also are unable to honour the sale price after the sale has ended on 22 June 2025 at 11:59pm AEST. This sale is strictly valid on new orders placed and confirmed online at tjm.com.au or in a TJM store between the dates and times specified above.  Our normal sales order conditions apply to any transactions during the sale period.

  1. Products and promotions from TOUGH DOG and other brands not listed above are excluded from the Sale. Flexi Essential canopies and other clearance products are excluded from the Sale. 
  2. Cash and carry/items not for fitment must be paid in full at the time of purchase to secure the promotional pricing in the Sale. The cost of fitment is excluded from the promotion.
  3. Any other discount codes or offers cannot be used in conjunction with the Sale Offer/s. Some items are limited in stock. Discounts are only available on the existing stock that we hold.  No rain checks or back orders for sale items will be accepted during the sale period. While stocks last on the specified products only.
  4. Store Credits are accepted as a payment method during the Sale. You will be able to use your store credit once the sale goes live to the public on 27 May 2025.
  5. Due to the fast-paced nature of the Sale, orders strictly cannot be cancelled, updated or modified once they are placed. Please ensure you check your order thoroughly prior to checking out to avoid disappointment. We will not be held liable for any packages that go missing due to an incomplete or incorrect address. 

 

RETURN POLICY

 

Please be aware that items purchased during the Sale are considered final sale, unless deemed faulty by our Warranty Team and we are unable to repair or replace with the identical item.   In the unlikely event you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact customer services team immediately with images of the fault. When the damaged item is in stock and can be replaced with a new item, we will replace the item for you. You will only be eligible for a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced for you. 

  

SHIPPING TIMES

 

Our despatch facility will ensure your package is sent out to you as quickly as possible, however we cannot guarantee same-day despatch on orders placed before 2pm AEST on any business day given the volume of orders that we will be processing during this busy sale period.  Please allow for some delays in delivery by our carriers Australia Post and Couriers Please given how busy this time of year is for all retailers and couriers. We will not be able to refund you if your order does not arrive in time for a specific event, such as a birthday or holiday.
