Terms & Conditions for $50 Discount Promotion

  1. New Subscribers Only: This promotion is available exclusively to new subscribers of the TJM email mailing list. Existing subscribers are not eligible for this offer.
  2. Sign-Up Requirement: To receive the discount, customers must sign up for the TJM email mailing list and consent to receive marketing offers from TJM. The unique discount code will be sent to the email address provided during sign-up.
  3. Unique Code: The discount code is unique to the email address used for sign-up and will be sent via email to that address.
  4. One-Time Use: The code can only be used once and is non-transferable.
  5. Website Exclusive: The discount is valid for online purchases made on the TJM.com.au website only.
  6. Minimum Spend: To redeem the discount, the shopping basket must include at least $250 (including GST) worth of TJM branded products that are available for home delivery.
  7. Exclusions: Non-TJM branded products and products that require in-store fitment or need to be picked up in store are not eligible for inclusion in the minimum spend to allow redemption of the discount.
  8. Validity: The discount code must be applied at checkout and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
  9. Non-Refundable: The discount cannot be redeemed for cash, and in case of returns, the value of the discount will be deducted from any refund made to the customer.
  10. No Retroactive Discounts: The discount cannot be applied to purchases made before the customer receives the code or after the code has expired.
  11. Expiry Date: Discount codes must be used within 90 days of receipt. Unused codes will expire after this period.
  12. Account Ownership: The discount code is associated with the email address used to sign up and cannot be transferred to another account or person.
  13. Limitations on Use: Only one discount code can be used per transaction. Multiple codes cannot be applied to a single order.
  14. Product Availability: Discounts are subject to product availability. TJM reserves the right to change or discontinue the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  15. Misuse: TJM reserves the right to void any discount code if there is any suspicion of fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.
  16. Changes to Terms: TJM reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time.
